Edit keyboard shortcuts

What do you need to do? I need to be able to change the keyboard shortcuts. How would you like to do it? Have an option to allow me to change any shortcut key in the program.

If possible, it can have an advance setting to include the "ctrl", "alt", and "shift".

e.g. shift + z to zoom in
