Eyedropper out of window is only transparent

I run aseprite on linux, and whenever I try to use the eyedropper tool outside of the program window, it only picks up as transparent.

• Aseprite version: 1.3-beta10-x64
• System: Linux Mint 19.3

As it was said in https://community.aseprite.org/t/eyedropper-outside-of-window-on-linux-x11/13293 this is a known issue because the Linux port doesn't have this function implemented yet.
