Open/save files with native Windows file dialog.

Note: The dialog should be customized to show the preview of the file, and to show the list of recent folders.

@dacap dacap Implement native open/save dialog on OS X (issue #321)
There were some problems detecting the release of Cmd+O keys after
opening a NSSavePanel. We fixed those problems calling
osx_keyboard_focused/modifiers(0) when we receive a windowDidResignKey

The "preview" part will be reviewed in v1.2.

This would also be nice to have on the other platforms, as well (especially since the native dialogue window could allow you to enter paths yourself, and may also give access to custom bookmarks set in the file manager).
