I tend to store multiple animations in one .ase file and Periodically i like to quickly check and make sure an animation looks good in relation to another, but it's quite the hassle to go into the timeline settings each time.
Maybe set it to something like [Shift+S] to set Loop Section.
oh yea, almost forgot. you can change the loop type too. hmm maybe [Shift+A] idk.
