When I tap alt with a non-1px brush it'll leave pixels on the canvas until something forces it to refresh (e.g. a zoom in, zoom out, undo, etc.)

using v1.0.5, just a basic project with indexed colors

Yeah, really annoying thing (I think it is a regression bug in v1.0.5 or v1.0.4). Anyway, to be fixed for 1.0.6 or 1.1 asap
