  1. Baby Shoes opens it's own app (custom) window by the following steps.

    - Define bshoes_world table.
    - Set values to os.classex attributes.
    - Then call Windows functions
        - RegisterClassEx
        - CreateWindowEx
        - ShowWindow
    - At last make the endless loop and check the Windows events with PeekMessage in the loop.
