If you already have a /usr/local/include/, this fix will fail. See note on Files Changed.

@chriscurran not true. In your example you had an extra slash in your path. I have /usr/local/include, and this did not fail for me.

Yea, must have been a brain-fart... We will now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Faced the same issue, this fix worked for me
ln -s /usr/local/Cellar/icu4c/50.1/include/unicode/ /usr/local/include/unicode
