[Linux][Mupen64plus] Can't take pixel-perfect screenshots

So how do I take 1:1 per pixel screenshots? The Mupen64plus screenshot function just takes screenshots scaled up to the size of the window, which won't work for what I'm doing. (screenshots for TCRF)
