Add parameterless generic AddLogConsumer method to AtataContextBuilder

Implementation

Add extra overloaded AddLogConsumer method to AtataContextBuilder:

public AtataContextBuilder<TLogConsumer> AddLogConsumer<TLogConsumer>();

Usage

AtataContext.Configure().
    AddLogConsumer<TraceLogConsumer>();

Old way

AtataContext.Configure().
    AddLogConsumer(new TraceLogConsumer());

Thus, new way is a bit lighter, but nothing special.
