Add NLogFileConsumer log consumer

Create a new NLogFileConsumer log consumer class that writes log to file using NLog with default Atata configuration. Custom configure of file path and log event layout is also supported.

AtataContext.GlobalConfiguration
    .AddNLogFileLogging()
        .WithArtifactsFolderPath();
