Closes #1436 by moving its description of our React component architecture into some Markdown within docs/.

cc @kuychaco, @annthurium, @vanessayuenn for information and to let me know if anything here sounds surprising or bad.
cc @sguthals and @simurai mostly so you know what we're talking about when we toss around words like "containers" in meetings and stuff.
