Publish objection API docs, using Doxygen or similar #3

Please consider publishing API docs, that can be linked to.

Happy to contribute a nice looking Doxygen config file, etc.

I have been tempted to use appledoc which is based off of doxygen but generates documentation similar to what developers see from Apple.

Version 2 of Appledoc is no longer based on doxygen - it's written from the
ground up. Good idea, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to be very stable
yet. So, for myself, I dropped back to using Doxygen with a stylesheet to
get nice, clean looking docs.

Based it off this one: http://jonreid.github.com/OCHamcrest/index.html

And changed the fonts to Lucida, etc.

Let me know if you get better milage.
