decode.py: ./data/notosanscjksc-medium.otf.binfontをデコードして./out/にファイルを生成します。
fix_png.py: ./data/font*.pngを加工して、./out/font*.pngを生成します。(encode.py用データ)
encode.py: ./data/font.fntと./out/font*.pngをエンコードして./out/notosanscjksc-medium.otf.binfontを生成します。
