Create chat log for the client. The same as it appears in the client would be
nice. Optional which channel to log.

Timestamps always on would be nice in the log, along with being saved to
separate files when the day changes (so something like Cleo/2010-04-24.log,
Argol/2010-04-25.log, etc).
