This change refactors the vanitygen.php script to be self-contained. It copies all the necessary functions and constants from other files into the script, removes the autoloader dependency, and ensures the script can be run as a standalone utility.

Refactors the vanitygen.php script to be self-contained by copying all necessary dependencies into the script and removing the autoloader.

This allows the script to be run as a single file, without needing any other project files to be present in the same environment.

Bumps version to 0.0.2.
This commit refactors the `vanitygen.php` script to be a standalone utility.

- All external dependencies from the project codebase have been removed by copying the necessary cryptographic and account-generation functions directly into the script.
- The script's structure has been improved by moving the main execution logic to the top and all function definitions to the bottom for better readability.
- A descriptive docblock has been added to the top of the file to explain its purpose and usage.
- The script's version has been bumped to 0.0.2.
