<p>以美国为首的北约对南斯拉夫40多天的狂轰滥炸，已经造成无辜平民大量伤亡，现在又居然轰炸中国大使馆。北约的这一行径是对中国主权的粗暴
侵犯，也是对维也纳外交关系公约和国际关系基本准则的肆意践踏。这在外交史上是罕见的。中国政府和人民对这一野蛮暴行表示极大愤慨和严
