Weekend News and Sunday Morning with Charles
Kuralt. From there, Mr. Kahn moved to The News
Corporation and served in many business
management position including, Director, Service
Development for News Corp/MCI Joint Venture and
Director of Business Development for American Sky
Broadcasting. In addition, he held the position
of VP, Business Development for Internet
community based service, </font><a
href="http://www.ivillage.com/" target="_blank\"><font
face="arial">iVillage Inc.</font></a><font
face="arial"> Mr. Kahn's last position before
founding Zero-G Commerce was as Vice President,
Marketing &amp; Distribution for News
Corporation's Kesmai Corporation, the leading

which oversees and manages all electronic and
Internet-related businesses. Prior to joining
NADP, Mr. Hirschson was successfully
self-employed as an Internet Business Development
Consultant and held the position of Director of

face="arial">iVillage</font></a><font
face="arial">, a well-regarded developer of
online community-based content. Before that, he
had been at the MCI/News Corp. Joint Venture,
where he was Senior Producer of Multiplayer

<p><font face="arial">Mr. Nelson is a member of
Team Allaire which is a group of
internationally-recognized experts in Allaire's
ColdFusion Web Application Language. Steve Nelson
is also the Chairman of the Fusebox Organization
designed to create an application framework for
complex ColdFusion applications. Steve Nelson is
the lead author of these standards. He is a
senior developer for Zero-G Commerce, Corp, and
continues to push the envelope in web application

<font face="arial">VP, Merchandising </font></p>
<p><font face="arial">Mr. Londoner most recently
spearheaded the creation of the Advertising Sales
and Sponsorship department for News Corporation's
Kesmai Corporation, the leading supplier of
multiplayer games to the Internet. Upon the
creation of that department, he held the title of
Senior Account Executive and met ad sales goals
of over $200,000 in just six months of operation.
Prior to working at Kesmai, Mr. Londoner started
a successful consulting business in the
Electronic Commerce and Online Marketing Arena.
Mr. Londoner graduated with Honors from Fordham
