believe that to hack into a server you gotta have a linux / unix box at home. I am not too
sure about this. Particularly since more and more web sites are now hosted on NT servers.
The best OS for a hacker to hack an NT server is NT. If you don't have NT then win 95 or
98 would do. Actually hacking from win nt/9x is a lot easier than from linux. Of course
when you get a real tough server you gotta have linux. You won't do anything from an nt
box. Something of serious concern is that I haven't seen anyone hack a java based web
server so far. If the whole www goes java could that be the end of web page defacers?
