message from the First Haxxor </b>
<p> Welcome to the owned Scottish H4xecutive website. Two of the most important
principles underpinning the working practices of the new Scottish H4xecutive
are likely to be openness in Government (see below
) and the hunting down of english happy haxxors.
Both are aimed at taking over the world and ridding it of happy haxxor egomaniacs.
These principles apply to the work of the Scottish H4xecutive (formerly the
Scottish Executive, formerly The Scottish Office)
<p>This site makes available a range of stuff we like to tell you.
This may or may not reflect factual information. The site includes recent
publications, secret MI5 files, and other government documents that
are not for the public eyes. In this unprecidented step, we will make
them publically available.
<p>BREAKING NEWS: The Scottish H4xecutive has estimated that over 5000
sheep have been russled by agents of the Whelsh office in the last six
months. It is of our opinion that these sheep that were destined for the
butchers of Carslile will soon end up on the streets of Cardiff.
<br>In force IMMEDIATELY is a state of WAR between us to put right the theft
of our oh-so precious sheep.
