| permettant à l’ensemble des usagers du département | |
| d’informatique de l’Université du Québec | |
| à Montréal (notamment les professeurs, chargés | |
| de cours, employés et étudiants de second cycle) | |
| d’obtenir rapidement différentes informations sur | |
| les services informatiques offerts au département et particulièrement | |
| au laboratoire des études avancées (service d’impression, | |
| serveur de fichiers, serveur de courrier Exchange, supports informatiques | |
| de premier et second niveaux, logiciels et autres disponibles | |
| etc.).</FONT> | |
| <P><FONT COLOR="#0000ff">Le laboratoire des études avancées | |
| du département d’informatique accueille environ 250 | |
| étudiants par session. Il s’agit essentiellement | |
| des utilisateurs des étudiants du 2<SUP>e</SUP> provenant | |
| de différents programmes d’informatique qu’offre | |
| le département.</FONT> | |

| du laboratoire par réseau Éthernet. Les systèmes | |
| d’exploitation sur les clients sont Windows NT et Solaris.</FONT> | |
| <P><B><FONT COLOR="#0000ff">Personnel du laboratoire :</FONT></B> | |
| <P><FONT COLOR="#0000ff">Le technicien en charge de ce laboratoire | |
| est présent pendant les sessions d’automne et d’hiver, | |
| du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h et pendant la session | |
| d’été du lundi au jeudi de 8h à 17h.</FONT> | |
| <P><B><FONT COLOR="#0000ff">Horaire du laboratoire :</FONT></B> | |
| <P><FONT COLOR="#0000ff">Le laboratoire est ouvert 24h/24 et | |
| pour y accéder, il faut avoir une clé, laquelle | |
| clé peut être obtenue auprès du technicien | |
| en charge du laboratoire. Les impressions se font du lundi au | |
| vendredi de 8h à 18h.</FONT> | |
