New forms are available. If your club is still using the old forms, you may continue to use them, but leave the accommodation part blank.</P> | |
| <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Also, please remember that the deadline for submissions is 30 days after the meet. Late forms will be returned marked - Late, Ineligible.</P> | |

| <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">That Swim Ontario encourages and supports the prototype program for the training of high school swimming officials.</P> | |
