<P><FONT FACE="arial, helvetica"><FONT COLOR="#000080">Vendor payments
may now be automatically deposited into your business checking account.
No more lost or missing payments. Availing your company of this service
will save you time and money, in addition to preventing the frustration
of standing in line at the bank. If you are not available to make the deposit,
your payment will still “make it to the bank on time”.</FONT></FONT></P>

<P><FONT FACE="arial, helvetica"><FONT COLOR="#000080">As a user of Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT) payment service, your company can apply for the “Edith”
or “Bamtrac” report services provided through your local branch of Bank
of America. These services will allow your company to receive a detailed
record of the deposit amount made to your account. JPL will not issue supplemental
paper documentation (e.g., remittance advices ) for each EFT payment of
these vendor invoices. Therefore, please do not register for this service
if your company requires payment documentation other than that provided
via electronic mail.</FONT></FONT></P>

<P><FONT FACE="arial, helvetica"><FONT COLOR="#000080">If you are not a
Bank of America customer, your company must determine from your local bank
branch what similar services are available in order for you to receive
these detailed reports.</FONT></FONT></P>

<P><FONT FACE="arial, helvetica"><FONT COLOR="#000080">A form to enroll
in the automatic service is enclosed. If your company would like to become
a part of this new payment process, please complete and return the form,
along with a voided check from the bank account to which the EFT payments
