<P>SPOTCHECK<sup>&REG;</sup> is an electronic insurance benefit verification
service developed by Insurance Benefit Spot Check, Inc. At this site you
can learn more <A HREF="info/index.htm">about the company</A> and its <A
HREF="info/Y2K.htm">Y2K compliance statement</A>, its <A HREF="provider/index.htm">provider
products</A> and <A HREF="payor/index.htm">payor services</A>.</P>
<P>Users registered for SPOTCHECK internet services can also use this site
to <A HREF="https://spotcheck.com/index.phtml">send online eligibility requests</A>
to selected payors.</P>
<P>SPOTCHECK is pleased to announce that it now supports eligibility access
to Lifeguard. Lifeguard access includes its HMO, PPO, and POS Plans. In
addition, through the SPOTCHECK POS or PC products, providers may now access
the Blue Shield of California Medicare Plan 65 HMO. These payors greatly
enhance our California coverage along with payors such as Health Net, Blue
Cross of California, PacifiCare, and others. For a full list of our <A

<P>In addition, SPOTCHECK is pleased to announce that its WINDOWS<sup>&REG;</sup>
95/98/NT software is now available for eligibility verification inquiries.

<P>SPOTCHECK now supports the MemorialCare<sup>&REG;</sup> Medical Information
& Access Card<sup>TM</sup>. For those MemorialCare providers who desire
