Credit Valley Hospital.</p>

<p align="center">The Credit Valley Hospital is first facility in Canada to receive a
shipment of Activase or Tissue Plasminogen Activator (TPA), a drug which limits the damage
from a heart attack, when administered in early stages.</p>

standardization of products across three hospitals.</p>

<p align="center">The incorporation of the Electronic Signature, an integral component of
the Electronic Health Record, allows physicians to access patient information from
terminals in their offices and homes.</p>

<p align="center">Ministry of Health apportions The CVH $1,995, 373 from its $25 million
growth fund.</p>

<p align="center">The Peel Regional Council approves a motion allowing hospitals to access
approximately $60 million in lot levies.</p>
<hr>
<p align="center"><strong>June 24, 1996</strong></p>
<p align="center">The Dufferin-Peel Roman Catholic Separate School Board, The Credit
Valley Hospital, The Mississauga Hospital, Peel Memorial Hospital and the Dufferin Caledon
Health Corporation agree on plan whereby all four hospitals will be exempt from the
Board's Education Development Charges by-law.</p>

<p align="center"><strong>August 12, 1996</strong></p>
<p align="center">The CVH Board of Governors approves recommendation by the Resources
Committee to proceed with the remaining infrastructure projects including the expansion of
the Emergency, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Departments, renovation of the Ambulatory
Care Clinic, and expansion and upgrading of the Central Power Plant.&nbsp; The Renal
Dialysis consolidation project is also approved.</p>
<p align="center">Having tendered this projects, excluding the Renal Dialysis
consolidation, the Hospital awards the contract to Vanbots Construction Corporation.&nbsp;
Construction which began in August is to be phased in to ensure continued operation.</p>
