| In-Home Client Services provides coordinated delivery of appropriate multi-disciplinary | |
| health care services to the client, in the home or school, when this is in the best | |
| interest of the client and within the limits of the available program resources. These | |
| services are directed at helping the client attain and maintain the optimum achievable | |
| level of rehabilitation to independent functioning.</p> | |
