<p align="center"><font color="#000000">For matters of computer hardware maintenance,
transport, and repair. </font></p>

<li><font color="#000000">No <sup>1</sup>Technician doing authorized work for Humboldt
Internet Provider shall <sup>2</sup>Repair, <sup>3</sup> Configure or <sup>4</sup>Transport
any piece of <sup>5</sup>hardware without the customer&#146;s signed acknowledgement of
these policies.</font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">Neither Humboldt Internet Provider nor its Technicians shall be
held responsible for the original malfunctions of hardware submitted for repair,
configuration or transport.</font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">Neither Humboldt Internet Provider nor its Technicians shall be
held responsible for hardware that is determined to be <sup>6</sup>Incompatible or <sup>7</sup>Irreparable.</font></li>
<li><font color="#000000">Humboldt Internet Provider certifies that any technician
performing the authorized repair, configuration or transport of a customer&#146;s hardware
shall cause no additional damage to said hardware.</font></li>

<li><font color="#000000">In the event that damage to hardware is caused by Humboldt
Internet Provider or any of its technicians, Humboldt Internet Provider shall assume full
responsibility.</font></li>

</ol>
<p align="center"><font color="#000000">&nbsp; <b>Definition of Terms</b> </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Technician: A <i>Technician</i> is defined as any person
instructed by or acting under the authorization of Humboldt Internet Provider to perform
an operation or an assessment of a piece of hardware. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Repair: <i>Repair</i> is defined as the elimination of an
existing problem or unsatisfactory condition of a piece of hardware. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Configuration: <i>Configuration</i> is defined as any setup,
installation or upgrade to a piece of properly-working hardware and/or its systems. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Transport: <i>Transport</i> is defined as pick-up, delivery
and/or physical act of transportation to and/or from the present location of a piece of
hardware. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Hardware: <i>Hardware</i> is defined as any computer CPU,
peripheral device, or accessory. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Incompatible: The term <i>Incompatible</i> is used to describe
any hardware or operating system that is too old and/or too irregular to be made to
function with our service. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">Irreparable: The term <i>Irreparable</i> is used to describe any
piece of hardware or operating system that, after assessment, attempted repair or
configuration, is determined by a Technician to be beyond our help. </font></p>
