<p><b><font size="2">May 1995 :</font></b><font size="2"> V.V.S. is established
By Mr. Vermeulen and Mr. Van der Taelen.</font></p>
<p><b><font size="2">December 1995 :</font></b><font size="2"> V.V.S. supplies
its clients with a good price/quality equipment as well as the service for it.
Two of the major audio and safety suppliers in the automotive sector in the
Antwerp region decide to outsource its services to V.V.S..</font></p>

contracts for installations.</font></p>
<p><b><font size="2">November 1996 :</font></b><font size="2">&nbsp; V.V.S. Wins
B.I.A.S.C.A. with a redesigned audio system for a Toyota .</font></p>

<p><font size="2"><b>January 1997 :</b> V.V.S. Hires an extra engineer to handle
the growing demand for installation of audio and safety equipment&nbsp; in the
automotive sector.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"><b>March 1997 :</b> Mr. Van der Taelen sells his chares to Mr.
Vermeulen and leaves V.V.S.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"><b>June 1997 : </b>V.V.S. experiences heavy difficulty due to
a stagnating service market.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"><b>October 1997 : </b>Mr. Vermeulen reorganizes V.V.S. and
focuses on the remaining contracts. Unfortunately having to fire the personnel.&nbsp;</font></p>

focus on telecom products and value added services such as diallers, and PBX.
Services such as installation and support are added.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"><b>February 1998 : </b>V.V.S. Is running full speed again and
hires a secretary to handle the communications flow.</font></p>
<p><b><font size="2">August 1998 :</font></b><font size="2"> V.V.S. hires extra
personnel to support growing demand for products and services.</font></p>
<p><b><font size="2">November 1998 :</font></b><font size="2"> V.V.S. relocates
to the present office to be able to ensure service and support for its growing
carrier / reseller clientele.</font></p>
