rural Canadian communities to take advantage of new communication technologies. CAP's goal
is to foster economic, social, and cultural growth in Canada. All CAP sites are
community-based, with a variety of provincial, territorial, and national partnerships
supporting these local initiatives. Also helping to guide the program are Industry
Canada's regional CAP reps, CAP's Provincial/Territorial Review Committees, Special
Provincial Agencies, and the CAP National Advisory Committee.&nbsp; To learn more about
