| of the National Youth Golf Association. Annual Membership is $75.00 and includes an | |
| official NYGA Tour golf shirt, handbook, welcome package, an official NYGA bag tag, along | |
| with a one-year subscription of "<i>In The Bag</i>", the official newsletter of | |
| the NYGA. Annual members will receive an NYGA tour index and are eligible to participate | |
| in all invitational events, state championships, and tour championship. </font></p> | |
| </font><p><font color="#000080"><i><b>Renewal Membership</b></i></font><font SIZE="2"></p> | |
| <p><font color="#000080">Renewal Membership is only for NYGA members who have participated | |
| in a previous NYGA annual membership (membership must have been for the previous year). | |
| Renewal Membership is $60.00 and includes an official NYGA Tour golf shirt, handbook, | |
| welcome package, an official NYGA bag tag, along with a one-year subscription of "<i>In | |
| The Bag</i>", the official newsletter of the NYGA. Annual members will receive an | |
| NYGA tour index and are eligible to participate in all invitational events, state | |
| championships, and tour championship. </font></p> | |
| </font><p><font color="#000080"><i><b>Seasonal Membership</b></i></font><font SIZE="2"></p> | |
| <p><font color="#000080">Seasonal Memberships are to benefit NYGA members who reside in | |
| seasonal golf markets. Seasonal Membership is $45.00 and includes a National Youth Golf | |
| Association handbook, welcome package, and an official NYGA bag tag. Seasonal members will | |
| also receive an NYGA tour index and are eligible to participate in invitational events | |
| during their chosen season of enrollment.</font></font><font size="4"><i><b></p> | |
| </b></i></font><p><font color="#000080"><i><b>Membership Upgrade</b></i> </font><font | |

| <p><font color="#000080">Membership Upgrade is for NYGA members who have participated in a | |
| seasonal membership and would like to upgrade to an annual membership (must be purchased | |
| within forty-five (45) days from completion of a seasonal membership). Membership upgrade | |
| is $30.00 and includes all of the seasonal membership benefits, <i>including</i> a | |
| one-year subscription of "<i>In The Bag</i>", the official newsletter of the | |
| NYGA, eligibility for all invitational events, state championships, and tour championship. | |
