| college which offers university-parallel, technical-career, and adult-continuing | |
| education programmes. | |

| designed to prepare students for transfer into the upper division of senior | |
| colleges and universities, or for immediate job entry or career advancement. | |
| <P>The College provides educational opportunities which lead to the improvement | |
| of the quality of life for the members of the community it serves while | |
| also linking the economic and human resource development needs of the Territory. | |
