<font face="Arial">A fifth patch to the game was released on 3/31/2000. This
patch addresses crashes (the game, not your car), miscellaneous bugs, network
performance, car physics, and general tweaks and polishing. I would consider
the game &quot;complete&quot; at this point.</font></p>
<p><b><font face="Arial" size="3">Conclusion</font></b></p>
<p><font face="Arial"><i>RC </i>does not attempt to out-sim <i>Grand Prix
Legends</i>.&nbsp; I don't even know if that level of realism is even
desirable for a rally racing game.&nbsp; <i>RC</i> is not, however, a day at
the arcade like <i>Sega Rally 1 &amp; 2</i>.&nbsp; Good car set ups are
rewarded, as is thoughtful and careful driving.&nbsp; In the end, <i>RC</i> is
a great deal of fun and a very rewarding game.&nbsp; In fact, it's the most
fun I've ever had with any racing game and close to the best time I've had
with my PC <i>period</i>. The only thing keeping the game from a perfect score
is the average sound quality. So slip on your Nomex, buckle up your 5-point
harness, and fire up that 4 banger, you're in for a hell of a ride!</font></p>
