| process stream components, and waste materials. Specific instrumental capabilities | |
| include most forms of of chromatography, x-ray analysis, microscopy, and spectroscopy. | |
| Laboratory-scale equipment is available to evaluate combustion, gasification, | |
| pyrolysis, anaerobic digestion, and fermentation process. | |
