the disability determination process.<br>

&nbsp; To enhance and maintain customer focused orientation within MAA, utilizing
continuous quality improvement principles.<br>

<p>&nbsp; To enhance the quality of, access to, and satisfaction with health services
provided to MAA clients.</p>
<p>&nbsp; To maintain or enhance the performance of operational systems essential to
supporting clients&#146; access to quality health services.</p>
