<p>All visitors must park in the green parking spaces provided for visitors. &nbsp;
Handicapped parking is provided on the south side of the entrance to Alhambra.<br>

<p><big><strong>Rules</strong>:</big></p>
<p><u><strong>Inclement Weather</strong></u>:</p>
<p>Visitation for all outside areas may be terminated due to inclement weather. &nbsp;
Units that have inside visitation will be utilized during inclement weather.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><u><strong><big>Recreation:</big></strong></u></p>
<p>There are a few board games and playing cards for visitors who are interested. &nbsp;
Please take care of games.&nbsp; You are responsible for the care of the equipment.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><font size="4"><strong><u>Vending Machines:</u></strong></font></p>
<p>Vending machines are provided in the various visitation areas.&nbsp; Do not kick, bang
on or tip these machines if you lose your money or the item you wish to purchase. &nbsp;
Any money due to you must be obtained from the vendor.&nbsp; Place all empty soda and
trash in the proper receptacle.&nbsp; Children must be accompanied by an adult when
purchasing items from the vending machines.</p>

<p><strong><big><u>Rest Rooms</u></big>:</strong></p>
<p>Rest rooms are provided in all visitation areas.&nbsp; Children must be accompanied by
an adult.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><big><u>Tobacco and Tobacco Products</u></big></strong>:</p>
<p>Smoking is only allowed in authorized areas.&nbsp; There is no smoking in any indoor
area.&nbsp; Tobacco and tobacco related products are not allowed in the Flamenco Mental
Health Center Visitation area.&nbsp; All Tobacco products must be left outside of the unit
during visitation.</p>

<p><strong><u><big>Dress Code:</big></u></strong></p>
<p>All male/female visitors over the age of 8 years will comply with the dress code.
&nbsp; No <u>blue denim pants</u> (blue jeans or stone washed), shorts, skirts or jackets.</p>

<p>Shorts must be mid-thigh in length (no cut-off).<small><br>
</small>No blue chambray shirts<small><br>
</small>Clothing that looks like the inmates uniform will be prohibited.</p>

<li>Shirts will be worn at all times.&nbsp; </li>
<li>No muscle shirts, tank tops or bare midriff shirts will be allowed.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Sheer see-through or open netted clothing will not be worn.</li>

<p>Female:</p>

<li>Tops of the clothing will be no lower than the underarm in the front and back.&nbsp; </li>
<li>No bare midriff or strapless tops, tube tops, halter tops, body suits or swim suits will
be permitted.</li>
<li>Skirts and dresses will be allowed, but no shorter than mid thigh when seated.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Slits in skirts and dresses will not extend above mid thigh when seated.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Sheer see-through or open netted clothing will not be worn.<br>

<p><u><big><strong>Proper Identification</strong></big></u>:&nbsp; </p>
<p>Identification will include the visitor's name, picture and date of birth.</p>

<li>Passports</li>
<li>Valid State Driver's License</li>

<p>Children:&nbsp; Must have a copy of their birth certificate to enter the visitation
area.&nbsp; If the child is accompanied by someone other than the parent, a notarized
letter from the parent authorizing the child to visit with the visitor.</p>

<u><big>Items Admissible to Visitation:</big></u></p>

<p>Coinage totaling no more than $10.00 per visitor (no paper money is allowed)</p>

<p><u><strong><big>Conduct:</big></strong></u></p>
<p>All conduct by both inmates and visitors will be quiet, orderly and in good taste.</p>
<p>Physical contact within the limits of common decency will be allowed.</p>
<p>Kissing and embracing will be permitted only at the beginning and end of each visit and
will not be prolonged.</p>
<p>All clothing will remain fastened, hands will remain outside the clothing at all times.<br>
</p>
<p><strong><u><big>Prohibited Conduct:</big></u></strong></p>
<p>Lying on the floor or ground, upon seats or tables, under tables or attempting to
conceal the visitor and/or inmate from staff.</p>
<p>Sitting on a visitor's lap or holding the visitor on the inmate's lap, with the
exception of a young child.</p>
<p>Sitting with ones legs entwined or overlapping with another persons legs.</p>
<p>Use of profanity, making loud noises, disturbing other visitors, creating a mess or
otherwise being a nuisance in the visitation area.</p>
<p>Same sex kissing or embracing (with the exception of relatives or immediate family
members).</p>
<p>Straddling bench seats.</p>

<u><strong><big>Searches of Visitors:</big></strong></u></p>
<p>All visitors will be required to clear a metal detector and/or a pat search by a staff
member of the same gender.</p>
<p>Visitors refusing to be searched will be denied entrance.&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition,
visitation privileges may be suspended or permanently revoked.</p>
