| Cavalier High School are designed to increase muscle mass and assist athletes as they | |
| train for sports. Mr. Oksendahl teaches physical education for grades 1 through 12. In the | |
| lower grades he works on activities that lead to fine motor skill development. In the | |
| middle grades he gets into more team activities and students learn to play together as a | |
| team. In the upper grades he emphasises life-long fitness. </small><p><small>There is also | |
| a weight lifting class in his schedule. In the weight-lifting class he likes to use the | |
| "Bigger, Faster, Stronger Program." He has modified the program to fit Cavalier | |
