One of my favorite sites is Liberzine, which serves up well-written, insightful columns several days a week. Ian Harac's recent piece entitled 'Two approaches to Internet speech' is no exception.

Harac's column compares and contrasts the government's approach to online free speech issues in the United States and Britain, and is particularly relevant in light of the current RIAA v. Napster showdown.
