<P>In <A HREF=http://www.cato.org/dailys/08-16-00.html>yesterday's CATO commentary</A>, Doug Bandow disputes the need for campaign finance reform, saying that the proposed reforms are worse than the current system. He suggests that "the right reform is to drop all rules except full disclosure."</P>
<P>This makes sense to me. The reform I would like to see most is the elimination of federal matching funds. What does everyone else think?</P>
