<P>In two separate but somewhat parallel conventions across the street from each other, both John Hagelin and Pat Buchanan have been nominated as the party's presidential candidate by rival factions. This is all very surreal - it's like some old Star Trek movie where they discover parallel worlds and there are two Captain Kirks running for president.
