against commercials as entertainment, but I'm sure you are aware that
there is a bitter strike going on by the above mentioned guilds against
the advertising industry (and a well-justified strike in my opinion).

Neither should we have to.<BR> An interesting thing to note in this context is the fact that SAG and AFTRA are american organisations, and my site is run by me (Swedish citizen) from Amsterdam and the machine the site is hosted on is in Amsterdam as well.<BR> I would be extremely interested in any outcome of <I>any</I> actors guild taking it up with any site showcasing commercials- in or out of court- and I would definatly be interested in the outcome of them asking <B>me</B> to remove any commercials from my site. <BR> How could they when nothing ties the site to the US apart from the .com? From a legal point of view this could get dizzying. The world wide web lies within countries real borders, still, and thus should follow the laws where the machine is.<BR> This has not always been the case before though.
