<B>June 20th</B><p>
Hey,<p>
Most of these books are b.s. but make for interesting, Leonard Nimoy 70's cheesy strangeness type reading. Stuck between the pages of one I found an old photograph of a bunch of <a href="http://www.freakylinks.com/freakopedia/tails_of_the_crypto/thunderbird.html"><B>civil war guys gathered around this huge dead bird</B></a>. I posted it tonight and answered e-mail and that sort of thing.<p>
Jason dropped by to say "Whad up" (his exact words) and drop off the mail he had been collecting.<p>
The worst part of the fire was that whole loss of personality thing. I had this T-shirt I owned since 1989 go up in that head bar-b-q. It had all this killer insignia stuff going on around this bald guy's head and in the middle of his forehead were the words "I Will Show You Fear in a Handful of Dust" I made it back when I was living on the beach. That shirt didn't just bring back memories. That shirt was a memory.<p>
Well the shirt IS a memory now.<p>
That "I Will Show you Fear . . ." thing is a line from a poem called the Wasteland by T.S. Elliot. It's my favorite poem.<p>
See you're getting to see the soft, frilly side of me. Liking poems and all. Don't worry, it's a manly poem. I ain't no sissy, tree hugging, granola eating, liberal pinko commie spy or anything just cause I like a poem.<p>
Aarrghh, I'm all man, big old lumberjack kinda man, big ole woman loving, beer drinking, gun toting kinda man . . .Let's go out and club some baby seals.<p>
