Yesterday was the four year anniversary of Kevin Mitnick being held in
"pretrial detention" without a constitutionally guaranteed bail hearing.
Why is he the only person in US History to held without a hearing? It
isn't that he was denied bail but that he hasn't even had a bail hearing.

to get CallerID in direct violation of a telecommunications industry draft
code of practice. The company claims this is to help prevent fraud but the
practice has sparked fears of privacy invasion and concerns that this
