After having his resolve worn down by the government machine Kevin
Mitnick signed a plea agreement last week in an effort to end his 4 year
stay in prison. Unfortunately the government isn't going to make it that
easy for him. Still having charges pending against him from the State of
California Kevin has once again been denied access to the laptop he needs
to review the evidence used against him. With gigabytes and gigabytes of
data for Kevin to wade through, so as to provide for his defense for the
upcoming state trial, and being denied access to the only means available
to review that evidence, how can anyone say that this will be a
constitutionally guaranteed fair trial?

Agence France Presse is reporting that one of NATOs web sites "has been
hit by a "cyber attack" from
hacker-type computer experts in Belgrade". The report goes on to say
that the site has been under massive PING attacks and email bombardments.
