CDA II has been signed into law. Passed by the House yesterday with a vote of 333 to
95, and by the Senate with a 65 to 29 vote this morning it made its way to the
Presidents desk who has already signed the bill into law. The EFF, ACLU and
the EPIC plan to file suit tomorrow in US District court to challenge the
law.
