The green triangle icon for Play and Play-at-Speed button is truncated at the bottom - see enlarged image below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch 3.1.0
2. Observe: green triangle icon for Play and Play-at-Speed button is truncated at the bottom

Expected behavior
The green triangle icon for Play and Play-at-Speed button should be a proper triangle

• OS: [W10 and macOS 11.6 Big Sur - so assume all platforms
• Version: all since 2.2.0 and still present in 5.0.5 and 3.1.0 latesst alpha audacity-win-3.1.0-alpha-20210930+6750576-64bit
• (if relevant) Sound Device [e.g. Windows WASAPI, USB Sound card]

Additional context
This is a regression on 2.1.3

With 2.2.0 the transport toolbar buttons were updated (modernized at the time) to square buttons.

Did you look at each of the four themes?

Nope just the one I always use - i.e Light theme

But now testing with all themes it looks like it is only Light theme that is affected with this truncated triangle.

This looks to be OK now on W10 with latest master: audacity-win-3.1.0-alpha-20211013+9ee8b83-64bit
