    Fix capistrano's use of try_sudo w/ capture

    jjohnson-xx committed
    Having try_sudo set to true and using a limited privileged user means they'd have to have sudo
    privileges for using `ls` and `cat` commands

    Keep usage of `try_sudo` only when necessary

    jjohnson-xx committed
    Typically this would apply to the following scenarios (commands):

    + removing files/directories (rm)
    + editing protected files, e.g., crontab
    + changing file/directory permissions (chmod)
    + syncing of files to another location (rsync)
    + control daemonized services (e.g., Nginx, PHP FPM, etc.)

    We shouldn't need to use `try_sudo` for following scenarios (either for security reasons or poorly thoughtout tasks):

    + changing ownership of files/directories (chown)
    + creating directories (mkdir)
    + moving files/directories (mv)
    + copying files/directores (cp)
    + symlinking files/directories (ln)

    Change default name of php-fpm script to php5-fpm

    jjohnson-xx committed
    This is the new default to match AAI's ansible scripts that utilize
    Ubuntu and nginx.

    You can still override the default by setting the `:phpfpm_init_command` like so:

    ```ruby
    set :phpfpm_init_command, "/etc/init.d/php-fpm"
    set :phpfpm_init_command, "service php-fpm"
    ```

    In the future, we'll try to make this a little more intelligent and sniff for which
    PHP FPM package is installed and what distribution of Linux is installed.

    Change callback stack for compass compiling

    jjohnson-xx committed
    It needs to be done after drupal:symlink, but it does not need to be done
    every time drupal:clearcache is called.

    Refactor usage of `ash:fixperms` after compiling and uploading sass
    stylesheets. Instead of a sledge hammer approach, we can target the
    `skin` directory to run `set_perms_files` and `set_perms_dirs`.

    Closes #52

    jjohnson-xx committed
    Add task drupal:run_makefiles and chain it to drupal:symlink_config_file.

    It's essentially optional, just need to set :drush_makefiles to either a String
    or an Array (nil by default) and it will attempt to run the makefiles or keep
    on with the rest of the drupal tasks
