Consider adding additional JS file bundling #114

In the current bundling example there are four JS flies loaded:
config.js
system.js
es6-module-loader.js
app-bundle.js

Can this be reduced to one or two JS files?

Also consider the html imports is another bundle that more traditionally might be bundled with the js download. but that isn't too bad.
