Changes:
- Deleted the three-project structure and replaced it with one project with three targets
- The REPL command-line demo app has been replaced by a Cocoa app; hopefully this will be less fragile

To do:
- REPL demo app needs many more features to be usable
- REPL demo app should still be invokable from the command line
- Refactor the hideously ugly REPL library code
