Upgrade nextra to most recent version #400
Description
We've been seeing weird behavior with the next build cache where the sidebar doesn't get properly updated. It'd be nice to have that Just Work, and I imagine that we're going to need to upgrade Nextra to get Next upgraded, which is what I think might fix it.
