Better Firmware upgrade error code handling #1320

If an RC user tries to apply RCP firmware, it will fail with an 'error code 3'.

Pre-checking the firmware image is not practical due to the generic format of the .ihex image, but we can improve this error message to have them check if they downloaded the proper firmware version.
