server by passing port and a function pointer to the accept handler as
arguments.

    #include "sock_srv.h"

    #define PORT 8000

    void handler_func (int sock) { ... }

    int main (int argc, char** argv) {
        start_sock_srv (PORT, handler_func);

        return 0;
    }
